How to log in to your ¿ìÉ«ÊÓƵ account
You’ll use your ¿ìÉ«ÊÓƵ account throughout your learning journey. Your account will be your login for the and will give you access to the internet and computers on campus.
Use your full ¿ìÉ«ÊÓƵ email address to log in on a new device: firstname.lastname1@studytafensw.edu.au
How to activate your account:
- click the account activation link in the Welcome to ¿ìÉ«ÊÓƵ email you received when you enrolled
- enter the security code sent to your email address and create a secure password that meets ¿ìÉ«ÊÓƵ requirements
- login to the ¿ìÉ«ÊÓƵ with your User ID and Password
- click on My Details to provide your personal email address for password recovery.
Already have an account?
If you’ve studied with us before you may still have an active account and will be able to log in using these details. If your account is no longer active you will need to call 131 601 or visit your local Student Administration Office to reactivate your account.

Your ¿ìÉ«ÊÓƵCard
Your ¿ìÉ«ÊÓƵCard is important. It’ll be your identification on campus and during assessments. You can use it to borrow from the library, for photocopying and printing and to access travel concessions (if you’re eligible.) It’s valid for the duration of your enrolment and each time you enrol at ¿ìÉ«ÊÓƵ your card will be reactivated, so keep it safe and handy. If your card gets lost or damaged, you can pay a $20 replacement fee to get a new one. If you haven’t got a ¿ìÉ«ÊÓƵCard, visit your campus Student Administration Office where they’ll snap your picture and issue your card. If you can’t make it to campus, with your identification attached and we’ll get it organised.

Your first day: know your campus
Before your first day, get to know your ¿ìÉ«ÊÓƵ campus. Discover what your campus has to offer and the unique facilities and services you’ll have access to. Use the campus map to work out how you'll get there and whether parking is available.
It’s also a good idea to find the Student Administration Office where you’ll be able to get your ¿ìÉ«ÊÓƵCard, travel concession and important information about your enrolment.

You can activate your account in six steps:

Your enrolment needs to be finalised prior to you attending classes. Once your enrolment has been finalised, you will be provided with details about when you can start attending classes.

Establishing a payment plan
To help manage the cost of your study, ¿ìÉ«ÊÓƵ offers a range of pay-as-you-go options, such as payment by instalments. This means you make small regular payments. These options include:

- split payments.
To apply for a payment plan, please contact us on 131 601. Any payment plan, including the amount and number of instalments, depends on the course you are studying and your individual circumstances.
Struggling to pay your fees
If you have outstanding fees, please contact us on 131 601 as soon as possible to discuss alternate arrangements.
Deferring your studies
If you choose to defer your studies due to personal circumstances, you should talk it through with your teachers first. You may be able to defer for up to a maximum 12 months.
Unfortunately, a deferral cannot extend beyond 12 months.
You will need to withdraw from your current enrolment. You may choose to enrol in the course again, when you are ready to commence your studies.
